Introduction:
This machine is specially designed for aluminum capsule cups coffee products (or other kinds of powder products, such as tea powder, cocoa powder etc. ) to be filled and sealed. Can automatic do K cup, nesspro capsule cup, lavazza cups and so on.
Our coffee capsule filling and sealing machines applied with world famous eletrical and pneumatic components.
All the parts of machine contact with liquid are made of stainless steel .PLC touch screen control.
Working Process:
Falling cups: Cups drop down one by one automatically.
Filling coffee powder: Auger filling type.
Press coffee: Press coffee tight when filling.
Blow away powder: Blow away powder on the mold and edge of cups.
Sucking putting foils: Vacuum arm suck and put foils.
First sealing: 0-300°c can be adjusted.
Second sealing: 0-300°c can be adjusted.
pushout finished cups: Push-out finished cups to a platform. We also can configuration the conveyor.
