     This model of fully automatic rotary blow molding machinery is specially designed for high speed based on absorbing all international latest technology, it is mainly used in producing pure water bottle and carbonated soft drink bottle. With reasonable construct, less area taking, less utility consumption, stable capacity, it meets national food safety requirements.

Main advantages

        This machine is operated by TFT touch screen, several languages can be selected, and it is easy to operate with some multi-layer menu. Speed, technical data are displayed in the screen, so it is very easy to operate.
Special design of two steps blowing system, the pressure figure in the mould is scouted timely, so it can supply figure for operator to adjust. It will be helpful to the stability of bottle size.
Heating device adopted nine sections infrared to adjust the temperature, preheating area and adjusting area can be controlled according different technical requirements. To make sure the stability of techniques, the temperature is scouted all day.
The heating temperature can be adjusted according different perform and bottle size, you just need to input settled figure when you change different performs.
Equipped with automatic perform unscramble and elevator.
