This series of automatic spray bottle liquid filler capper is suitable for various bottle liquid packaging with spray mist or nasal spray caps; it can auto fish bottle feeding, liquid filling, cap feeding, servo capping, and auto bottle exit etc, widely used for air refresher, hand sanitizer, hand gel, nasal spray, mouth spray bottling production etc.
2. Integrated with mechanical, electrical & pneumatic system, the monoblock design is less space-taking, reliable & stable, with high automation, espcially good for OEM, ODM products & not big scale auto production;
Main features:
1. Adopting peristaltic pump to fill, suitable for various liquid or gel filling, it's very easy quick to dismantle liquid pipes for washing or replacement, saving materials & enhancing working efficiency.
2. With humanized design, filling dosage can be directly adjusted on touch screen, easy to adjust for different bottles, convenient & easy to operate.
3. Adopting grab type servo capping heads, with nice capping effect, reliable & delicate.
4. With PLC & touch screen to control, formal saving, auto counting function, no bottle, no filling; frequency converter, easy to link production line, with high automation.
