On the basis of the original technology, RQ-DSL-16R adopts modular design of pneumatic pusher, the vibrating trough, pneumatic bottle packing and pneumatic continuous blanking mechanism. The counting photoelectric of RQ-DSL-16R automatic counting machine adopts one-to-one independent control. It has higher precision, faster speed and more stable operation. RQ-DSL-16R can pack all kinds of tablets and capsules (transparent or opaque hard capsules, soft capsules, pills, etc.) at the range of 3-25 mm. RQ-DSL-16R meets the requirements of GMP, which can be connected with bottle unscrambler, paper inserter, desiccant inserter, capping machine, aluminum foil sealing machine and labeling machine
RQ-DSL-16R automatic electronic counting machine has the advantages of strong compatibility, high accuracy and high intelligence. It adopts infrared scanning system and FPJ processing technology. Its accuracy rate of counting cans is more than 99.98%, which is higher than the industry standard.
